Grading
The grading process evaluates various aspects of the tobacco stalk, including its position, color, texture, elasticity, and leaf size. We purchases tobacco from growers and conducts a second grading at our processing plants to further refine the leaf's characteristics

Stems are removed through threshing, and the tobacco is further processed into strips and smaller pieces. To prevent spoilage during storage, excess moisture is extracted.
